Your files stay on your device
Every tool on this site runs in your browser. Photos, scans, videos and datasets are read from your disk, processed on your computer or phone and saved back to it. Nothing is uploaded, so there is no upload limit, no waiting for a server and no copy of your files anywhere else. After the first visit the tools even work offline. How this works
How to use the tools
- Pick a tool above and open your images: choose files, a whole folder, or drop them onto the page. No images at hand? Most tools have sample files to try them.
- Adjust the settings. The preview shows the result on your own image before anything is saved.
- Save the result: one file as a download, many as a ZIP, or, in Chrome and Edge, straight into a folder of your choice, with the folder structure kept.
Each tool page has a step-by-step tutorial and answers to common questions below the tool.
Guides
- How to make a photo smaller (under 100 KB, 200 KB or 1 MB) without ruining it: Shrink a photo below 100 KB, 200 KB or 1 MB without visible damage: reduce the pixels first, then the quality, and change the format only if needed.
- JPG, PNG or WebP: choosing the right image format: JPG for photos that must open everywhere, PNG for exact graphics and transparency, WebP for smaller web images. The reasons, plus a decision table.
- What your photos reveal: EXIF, GPS and the other metadata in image files: Photos can carry GPS coordinates, serial numbers, edit history and even a hidden video. What EXIF stores, who strips it, and how to check and remove it.
- YOLO vs. COCO annotation format: fields, conversion and pitfalls: YOLO stores normalized center boxes in one txt file per image, COCO pixel boxes from the top-left corner in one JSON. Fields, conversion and pitfalls.
- From segmentation masks to YOLO and COCO polygons: How masks become YOLO and COCO polygons: connected regions, 4 vs. 8 neighbors, outline simplification, holes, touching objects, specks and file names.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes. All tools are free, without an account and without a watermark you did not ask for. The site is paid for by advertising next to the tools.
- Which browsers work?
- Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on computers and phones. Saving straight into a folder needs Chrome or Edge; the other browsers save a ZIP instead. A few video exports depend on what the browser can encode, and the tools tell you when that is the case.
- Is there a file size limit?
- There is no limit set by the site, because nothing is uploaded. The limit is the memory of your device: very large images or long videos can exceed it on a phone, and the tool then reports an error instead of a result. ZIP downloads hold at most 65,535 files and 4 GB; for larger runs, save into a folder in Chrome or Edge.
- Who is behind the site?
- Artificial Pixels GmbH, a company in Heidelberg, Germany. The about page explains why the tools work this way, and the legal notice has the contact details.
